TEACH YOUR CHILDREN TO STAY HEALTHY WITH PETS
USING A COLORING BOOK & POSTERS
Children love to hug and kiss their pets. They let them lick their faces. They share their food with them. And they never wash their hands after playing with them.
The CDC has available cute posters developed just for children and written just for them. (They might be written for the youngsters, but we all can learn a thing or two from them.)
You can print them out here and you might want to share them with other moms too.

WHEN PETS GET SICK AROUND OUR CHILDREN
You might also want to read “WHEN PETS GET SICK FROM RECALLED FOOD PRODUCTS“ as it tells how it can impact the health of children. It’s posted both here in the CHILDREN’S CORNER and in the PET PLACE.
